Acceptance

Using fitlo means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your phone number and password safe and for activity carried out through your account. The information you enter must be accurate and your own.

Coach and student roles

fitlo is a tool for writing and managing training programs. The coach — not fitlo — is fully responsible for the content, exercises and advice they write. The financial and professional relationship between coach and student is direct, and fitlo is not a party to it.

Subscriptions and payment

Coaches start on a permanent free plan that covers up to one student; to manage more students they can upgrade to a higher plan (scoped by student count). Payments are processed through the ZarinPal gateway. Amounts paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload (programs, photos, data). You grant fitlo a limited permission to store and display that content solely to provide the service. Uploading unlawful, offensive, or third-party content without permission is prohibited.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, disrupting the system, or misusing other people’s information.

Medical disclaimer

Training programs on fitlo are not a substitute for medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. Responsibility for any injury arising from training rests with you and your coach.

Limitation of liability

fitlo is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or losses arising from use or interruption of the service.

Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access to an account that violates these terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with an updated date, and continued use means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
